Commission is quoted per seller. It depends on what the items are worth and the work involved, and it’s written down before anything is listed.

Choose a 10-minute slot on one of the posted pickup days. The booking link is also sent with each invoice.
For winners of the current auction only. Please book with the same name and email as your HiBid account. We check every booking against our pickup list and cancel any that don’t match. Lots from past auctions that weren’t picked up in their pickup window are abandoned under our terms. If you were approved for an extension, email {{ si.emailBidder }}.

Condition
Every lot is photographed as it is, and its condition is written in the title and description. If we tested it, we say what we tested.
All items are sold as is, where is.
Check every lot at pickup, before you leave. If something doesn't match how we listed it (for example the size is different, we said it powers on and it doesn't, or we said nothing is missing and something is), tell us at pickup and we'll give you a full or partial refund. Once you've checked your items and signed our pickup form confirming everything is good, the sale is final. Problems reported after you leave can't be refunded.
Shipped items: email {{ si.emailBidder }} within 72 hours of delivery with your bidder #, lot #, what's wrong and photos. We review it; refunds are at our discretion.

Aegis Auctions is an East York, Toronto auction house. Every two weeks we run a timed online auction on HiBid: electronics, tools, furniture and home goods from customer returns, overstock and consignments.
Most liquidation sites hope you won’t read the fine print. We put it up front. Every lot is photographed as it is, and its condition, flaws and missing parts are written in the description, so the price you win at is the deal you actually get.
Condition is in the title (Tested, Used or Refurb). Faults and missing parts are named and photographed.
Every lot is looked over before it goes up, so you bid on what you can see.
Our listings include a retail reference, so you can judge the deal before you bid.
Uber delivery within 25 km of our unit, on lots marked GTA DELIVERY AVAILABLE.
Lots marked shippable ship through our partner pkgPlace.
